First Annual Freedom Fund Banquet
Banquet will be held on Thursday June 22 at 6:30pm Doors Open at 5:30pm for Cocktail Hour
Location: Montour Heights Country Club Moon Twp.

Once you fill out the form, click the submit button and then on the second page, you will be able to select the quantity of tickets that you would like to purchase.

Once you have finished selecting the number of tickets, you will be switched to the PayPal portion to complete your payment.

Donation for Adult tickets are $65.00 plus a $2.50 service fee.
Donation for Youth tickets are $35.00 plus a $1.00 service fee.
​
Tickets include a buffet style dinner including a carving station.
Once you have completed your purchase, you will receive an email receipt. Keep for your records and print out a copy to bring to the event to serve as your entry tickets.
