Meet Sarah Roberson

Sarah Roberson has been the treasurer of the Coraopolis NAACP since the Branch was officially chartered February 19, 2021.

​

Because of Sarah's dedication to the Branch, our financial records are always accurate down to the penny. Sarah also volunteers to handle our financial transactions during our events and fundraisers.

 

Not only does Sarah keep accurate financial records for the Branch but she is a strong advocate for women's rights. Sarah was instrumental in setting up a forum for the Strong Women, Strong Girls organization of Robert Morris University.

Sarah has a BA in political science with a minor in philosophy and Spanish language and culture. 

Sarah also has over 10 years in energy and commodity procurement and trading working in the steel, mining, and chemical manufacturing industries. 

 

Currently she is the North American DEI Council lead for Covestro. 

​

Sarah has been married for over 10 years and has a son and a daughter along with two pups. In her spare time, Sarah enjoys running, cycling, and hiking in herfree time. She is passionate about social justice. She also coaches youth track and enjoys running with her kids.
